The Paladin's fantasy in The Burning Crusade was fractured. Holy and Protection were cornerstones of raiding, while Retribution was a legend in its own right—for all the wrong reasons. Our philosophy is to elevate every calling, making each specialization a powerful and desirable embodiment of the Light's will.

Target: Increase Healing Flexibility & Throughput

The steadfast bastion of light, focusing immense power to prevent death. We grant them new tools to extend their grace beyond a single target, becoming true beacons of hope for the entire raid.

Core Fixes 🔧

Increased Throughput:

Holy Shock's healing is increased and its cooldown reduced. Key talents like Illumination and Holy Guidance are buffed to improve mana return and spell power scaling.

Modern Ability: Light of the Martyr:

An optional talent providing a powerful, instant emergency heal at the cost of the Paladin's own health—a true sacrifice for the Light.

Power Infusions ✨

Modern Ability: Aura Mastery:

A new talent that empowers the Paladin's active Aura for a short duration, providing powerful situational utility like interrupt immunity or increased damage reduction.

New Talent: Light’s Resonance:

Casting Holy Light or Holy Shock during Divine Favor creates a Resonant Flash that heals all nearby injured allies for 30% of the cast amount.

Target: Enhance Survivability & Group Utility

The divine fortress, drawing strength from the blows of their enemies. We reinforce their shield and bolster their command, making them an unyielding anchor in any battle.

Core Fixes 🔧

Bolstered Threat & Utility:

Avenger's Shield cooldown is reduced and its silence duration increased. Hammer of the Righteous and Blessing of Sanctuary are buffed to improve threat and survivability.

Empowered Auras:

Improved Devotion Aura now provides a passive spell resistance bonus to the party, adding a layer of magical mitigation to their physical defense.

Power Infusions ✨

Modern Ability: Ardent Defender:

This talent is reworked into a "cheat death" mechanic. An attack that would kill you is negated, reducing you to 15% health instead. A true last stand.

New Capstone: Guardian of Ancient Kings:

A new 41-point talent. Summon a spirit guardian for 12 seconds that reduces damage taken by the Paladin and nearby allies. A powerful personal and group defensive cooldown.

New Talent: Bulwark of Faith:

When you block or parry an attack, you gain Faith Shield, reducing your next incoming damage by 5%. Stacks up to 3 times.

Target: No DPS Adjustment (Focus on QoL/Mechanics)

The holy warrior, judging foes with righteous fury. We fix their mechanical flaws, address their mana issues, and unleash their potential to be a true credit to the team, not just a buff.

Core Fixes 🔧

Reliable Seals & Judgements:

Seal of Command procs are normalized for consistency and scale better. Judgements now refresh Seals automatically, a massive quality-of-life improvement.

Mana Management Solution:

Key abilities have their mana costs reduced through talents, and Judgement of the Wise's mana return is increased, finally addressing the spec's chronic mana starvation.

Power Infusions ✨

Modern Ability: Divine Storm:

This iconic talent replaces Repentance (which becomes baseline), hitting nearby enemies and healing allies. This provides Retribution with desperately needed AoE damage and cleave healing.

Streamlined "Hand" System:

Short-term blessings (Freedom, Protection, etc.) are converted to a "Hand" system, simplifying buff management and allowing for more tactical application in combat.

New Talent: Sacred Onslaught:

Landing Crusader Strike on a target grants Onslaught: your auto-attacks deal an additional 10% Holy damage for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
